Toverland, a prominent theme park in the Netherlands, has been recognized as the most customer-friendly attraction in its category, according to a recent survey conducted by MarketResponse in Utrecht. The study gathered feedback from over 6,000 consumers who evaluated 390 companies across various sectors.
In the visitor attraction category, Toverland secured first place, narrowly trailing the overall winner, online supermarket Picnic, which scored 8.27 compared to Toverland’s 8.26. This accolade underscores the park’s commitment to delivering exceptional visitor experiences.
Bart Jaspers, Senior Manager of Marketing & Communication at Toverland, emphasized the park’s focus on creating “magical experiences of happiness.” He expressed pride in the recognition, stating that the award reflects the dedication of Toverland’s employees and announced plans to celebrate the achievement with the team.
The survey highlighted Toverland’s excellence in hospitality, with visitors frequently awarding scores between nine and ten. The park received particular praise for its engaged staff, child-friendly environment, quality food offerings, and immersive atmosphere.
Since opening in 2001, Toverland has steadily grown in popularity, welcoming over 1.17 million visitors in the past year alone, cementing its position as a leading leisure destination in the Netherlands.
