BATON ROUGE, La. — Dixie Landin’ Theme Park will not open for the 2025 season, its owners announced Monday morning.
The Baton Rouge-based amusement park, which features 25 attractions, had opened as recently as May 23 for Memorial Day weekend. The park is located at 18142 Perkins Road.

The reason for the closure has not been disclosed. Louisiana First News has reached out to the park’s ownership for additional information.

Earlier this year, on May 14, the owners also announced that Blue Bayou Water Park, located adjacent to Dixie Landin’, would not open for the summer.
