Universal Orlando Resort is set to introduce a groundbreaking experience with the debut of Universal Epic Universe, its fourth and most ambitious theme park, scheduled to open on May 22, 2025. Inspired by the vastness of the heavens, stars, and constellations, the park promises an immersive adventure across five unique worlds, each connected by portals. These lands are designed to provide visitors with distinct attractions, settings, and experiences, offering something for every type of parkgoer.
“Never before have guests been able to immerse themselves in these stories as deeply as they do when crossing the thresholds of the four portals,” said Steve Tatham, executive creative director for Universal Epic Universe, in a previous press release. “They’ll come face-to-face with scary monsters, tame dragons, and experience new magical eras.”

New Hotels Enhance the Resort Experience
Universal Orlando is expanding beyond its theme parks with the addition of three new hotels. The Universal Helios Grand Hotel, set to open on April 16, 2025, will feature a dedicated entrance to Epic Universe. Additionally, the Universal Stella Nova Resort and Universal Terra Luna Resort are already open as of March 2025.
